Sofi’s Crepes offers you the opportunity to operate a restaurant offering quickly prepared internationally inspired specialty crepes in a pleasant and comfortable environment in which customers can see the crepes being made.

The estimated initial investment to establish a Sofi’s Crepes franchise can start as low as $100,000 and up to as much as $250, 000, depending on how extensive the build out which includes the franchise fee of $30,000. The average cost is around $175,000.

Sofi’s Crepes can help arrange relationships with specific lenders to finance qualified franchisees for the development of a Sofi’s Crepes franchise.

The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is paid weekly at 6% of gross sales. This fee entitles you to use the Sofi’s Crepes trademark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a Sofi’s Crepes franchise.

Sofi’s Crepes does not grant an exclusive territory. We will grant you a territory (called an “Area of Primary Responsibility” or “Area”) defined by zip codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries.

The name and reputation of Sofi’s Crepes are an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum amount we specify on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend up to 2% of the previous month’s gross sales on local advertising. In addition, you will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 1% of your weekly gross sales.

The initial training covers all material aspects of the operations of the franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years. The franchise is renewable for three additional terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
